Know who is across the table.
Check a counterparty, a holding or a client’s own company, and keep a dated file for the client record.
ANTEVO COMPANIES
One file per company from official sources: the commercial register, the gazette, the group structure and the sanctions lists. Every line is dated and sourced, and a watch tells you when anything changes.
Any Antevo account · Swiss companies, with a short file on foreign parents
Supports your KYC file. It is not a KYC, AML, sanctions-compliance or credit check.
01 / WHO IT IS FOR
Before a mandate, a payment,
a contract or an answer.
Check a counterparty, a holding or a client’s own company, and keep a dated file for the client record.
The register facts, the group and the sanctions-list checks, beside your own screening.
Candidates first, then the file, every line sourced. Nothing guessed from a similar name.
02 / A SAMPLE FILE
A fictional Swiss listed company, with every section a file can hold; some are still to come.
Every value is invented.
Also registered as Muster SA and Muster Ltd
ACTIVE · ZEFIXLeaders’ names, from listed companies’ own filings, are still to come. The sample shows roles only.

Form 20-F for 2025, filed 4 Mar 2026, IFRS, as filed · SEC EDGAR
42 notices since 20 Nov 2018 · Source: SHAB, the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce. Not an official publication; the authoritative text is on shab.ch.
Not found on the SECO, EU, OFAC (SDN) or UK sanctions lists under this legal name or its identifiers.
Checked 21 Oct 2026 against the lists of 20 Oct (SECO), 16 Oct (UK) and 15 Oct (EU, OFAC).
Not being found doesn’t mean unrestricted: a company owned or controlled by a listed party can be restricted without being listed (the 50% rule), and other measures may apply. That needs a separate assessment.
Not public, not shown.
03 / WHAT THE FILE COVERS
Each company is one record, keyed on its official identifiers.
Where a name could fit more than one company, you choose.
The spine LEI · Swiss UID · ISIN · FIGI · SEC CIK · national register numbers
Your KYC still needs your screening tool and the beneficial-owner declaration.
04 / HISTORY AND MEMORY
Everything that has happened to the company sits on one timeline, as far back as the sources go. And the file keeps what you saw, and when.
In gold: the eight notices in the sample above.
Register changes, arrivals and departures and sanctions listings, on one dated line.
The file as it stood on any day: what was known when a decision was taken.
The file opens on what changed since your last visit.
Every file you open is kept as a dated version, such as CHE000000000-2026-10-21, that anyone with access can reopen as it was, unless a person’s details have since been withheld.
A name drops out when its retention period ends; the event stays. A correction is dated, never silent.
05 / THE WATCH
Watch a company and it is checked every day against the register, the gazette and the sanctions lists. You hear only when something changed: at most one alert a day, each change with its source.
Official facts only. By email and in the app.
9 Oct 2026
Fictional. People shown by role.
06 / THE DEEP FILE
On request, on the Professional and Firm plans, an AI model researches public sources in three parts. Company-level events only; nothing about an individual’s alleged conduct, charges or proceedings. A line without a source is dropped, and when little is found, the deep file is free. Before the first, you confirm a business or professional purpose.
Appointments and departures, as events, from the company’s announcements and the press.
Decisions, fines and court cases against the company or its group, with the authority or court and the date.
Press reports of those events, and the company’s own releases.
07 / WHERE YOU USE IT
One file, the same facts,
wherever you open it.
Open the file from a client’s holding or counterparty, with your exposure, the watch and file versions for the client record.

09 / PEOPLE IN THE FILE
A company file names the people who run and represent the company, in their professional role. This notice says where those details come from, why they are shown, how long they are kept and how to object.
BEFORE YOU ASK
No. It supports a KYC or supplier file with the public record, as a version you can cite. It has no beneficial owners, no screening for politically exposed persons or adverse media, and no risk rating.
Official public sources only: registers, gazettes, GLEIF and the sanctions lists, each line with its source and date. No bought data and no scraped profiles. The deep file, labelled apart, is researched by an AI model from public web sources, the press included.
A file states facts as their source states them. A rating would be our judgement about a company; that judgement belongs to you.
Swiss companies, keyed on their UID. A company abroad, mostly a Swiss company’s parent, has a short file: its GLEIF record, its group and the sanctions-list checks. Each section says what it covers.
